Phoenix TOTP Authenticator

Follow the steps below Setup TOTP (Time-based One-time Password) on your mobile device

1. Install Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator
    or Duo on your Mobile device

2. Scan this QR Code on your authenticator app.


Account Name: 
Setup Code: 

3. Once scanned, the app should give you a 6 digit TOTP.
    Or enter the account name and setup code manually.

A second step after entering your password verifies it's you signing in.

Available second steps

Please select an option from the following list

1. Authenticator App (Microsoft, Google or Duo)

2. Send code to your Registered Email

3. Text Message to your Mobile Phone

4. Use Yubikey hardware device

Register your Security Key

1. Insert your Security Key in your computer's USB port or connect it with a USB cable.

2. Once connected, tap the button or gold disk if your key has one.


Security Key registered !


Your key is registered. From now on, you'll use it to sign in with 2 step Verification.

Follow the steps below to Setup Yubikey Authenticator

1. Purchase Yubikey hardware.

2. Install Yubico Authenticator on your desktop.

3. Insert your Security Key in your computer's USB port
    or connect it with a USB cable.

4. Launch the App. Enter the following:
     Issuer: [Application Name], e.g., Phoenix CRM
     Account Name:
     Secret Key:

     Then click "Add Account"

5. Double click the Account Name, then tap the button or
    gold disk if your key has one.
